🔷 GENERAL POLICY

We accept returns only as per the conditions mentioned below.

All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return (where applicable).

🔷 PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

Prescription safety eyewear is custom-made based on customer-provided prescription details or on-site eye testing results.

❌ No returns or refunds are accepted for:

Prescription lenses

Customized prescription safety eyewear

✅ Exceptions (eligible for replacement/refund):

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect product supplied

Damage during transit (must be reported within 24 hours)

📌 Proof (images/video) may be required for verification.

🔷 NON-PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS

Returns are accepted for non-prescription items such as:

Frames without prescription lenses

Safety goggles

Over-spectacle goggles

Conditions:

Request within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused and in original condition

Original invoice must be provided

🔷 REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

🔷 REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacement for:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect item delivered

Transit-damaged products

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

🔷 CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started

🔷 BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS

Bulk and corporate orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

Terms will be finalized at the time of quotation and agreement
